This video is all about feeling your core!
The cool thing about feeling your core is that when your core is more responsive, and you are aware of it, you will feel lighter and more connected! Those are two qualities I think we could all use a bit more of these days 😉
Breath is so important to your core’s function. If you brace by “pulling your belly button towards your spine”, or by “knitting your ribs down towards your pelvis”, you are limiting your ability to breath.
In this practice you will have the opportunity to feel how your core responds to movements, stretches and even massage. Enjoy!
