Get your Flow Back
Your Summer Vinyasa Reboot
An 8-Week Summer Blueprint to Return to Yoga with Strength, Ease, and Total Confidence
Reclaim Your Flow (Without the Rigid Rules)
Most traditional yoga classes teach rigid, universal “proper alignment.” They tell everyone to square their hips or place their feet in the exact same geometric box. But your body is entirely unique. Forcing your anatomy into a rigid shape causes you to grip, brace, and hold your breath. That is the perfect recipe for pain—and your yoga practice shouldn’t be an exercise in practicing pain.
Your guide on the mat: An experienced Teacher blending Yoga Therapy with Physiotherapy to help you move with ease and rhythm.

The Core Tenants
- The Trio of Ease: Hips, Shoulders, & Core
Stop “muscling” your chaturangas and bracing through your transitions. You will train your hips, shoulders, and core to communicate as a unified team. When these major systems cooperate, your movement becomes a fluid chain reaction, removing the exhausting load from your joints. - Deconstructing the Postures
We are slowing things down to speed up your progress. We will actively dismantle common Vinyasa poses to ensure they are building you up rather than wearing you down. You’ll learn exactly where your body tends to compensate and how to fix it before pain sets in. - Neuromuscular Integration over “Perfect Alignment”
Well-intentioned alignment rules often push students toward compensation and injury. In this course, you will learn to understand your unique neuromuscular system. Instead of fighting your body to match a textbook photo, you will learn to trust how your body naturally moves.
This series is entirely asynchronous to fit seamlessly into your summer travel and schedule.

Your Guide for all
Movement Experience Lab Courses
If we haven’t met, I’m Kirsten. I have fun integrating Physiotherapy, Yoga Therapy, and Ayurveda into a beautiful way to help my clients experience better movement and relieve pain. My passion is teaching people that they definitely have the ability to move with more ease and less pain. The blend of Physiotherapy and Yoga therapy is THE ultimate healing combination.
In my 1:1 Physiotherapy sessions, results are realized faster by integrating the awareness of Yoga into the scientific foundations of Physiotherapy. I am always blown away by the dramatic positive response my clients experience as we integrate these two powerful healing modalities!
That got me thinking……I wonder if integrating some Physiotherapy into my Yoga classes would provide students with great results too?
Experience Lab was born!
The Movement Experience Lab gives me the opportunity to help my clients maintain their yoga bliss by getting real about where they are starting, moving mindfully, and acknowledging the results they achieve in the lab.
With this gentle infusion of Physiotherapy inspired assessment and progression, Yoga students have the opportunity to feel their healing momentum grow!

FAQ
Where will I find the classes?
When you register for the series you will recieve a welcome email that includes a link to take you to the online home of the program. Class #1 will be there and available for you to explore right away!
Do I have to sign up for the live classes beforehand?
No! Once you register, Class #1 will be in your account and the following 8 classes will land in your account weekly starting July 6
I have never tried a yoga class before….Is this suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! The Movement Experience Lab is for anyone who wants to learn more about how they can feel better and move with more ease.
I find it difficult to get down onto the floor….well actually it's getting back up off the floor that is the challenge! Are the classes suitable for me?
YES! One great benefit of practicing in your own home is that you can sit in your favorite chair, or lie on your couch or bed. Those options are always available to you. AND, don’t be surprised if getting down to the floor and getting back up again starts to feel easier as a result of the work you do in the Lab 🙂
What should I wear?
Comfortable, stretchy clothes that you can move in. We are in the Lab, exploring and discovering which can get messy! Lab coats are optional 😉
How should I set up my space for classes?
Lay out your yoga mat in a place where you can stand in the middle of your mat, stretch out your arms to both sides and turn around without hitting anything.
Have some free wall space near by – you will be leaning against the wall, propping your arms and legs on the wall in many of our practices.
Do I need any special props or equipment?
The following props do come in handy:
Block
Strap
Blanket
Pillow or bolster
If you don’t have the prop, no worries, we’ll improvise!
What if I have questions in between classes? Who can I ask?
Kirsten would love to hear your questions and give you feedback in between classes! You can email info@bewellphysio.ca to ask questions and have conversations with Kirsten.
