This muscle can be a tricky one to get working for some people. No matter how many gluteus maximus exercises they do, the muscle just doesn’t seem to respond..
In this practice you will explore how movement and awareness of tissues above and below the gluts can actually help you connect to your gluteus maximus!
Once you are more connected to your gluts you will stand a little bit taller on your two legs.
